After ordering your laser device online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Registered Australia Post or local courier service (within Australia) within three working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Vielight products have a 12 month Vielight Inc manufacturer’s warranty, which is 12 months from the date of purchase. Devices for warranty claims have to be sent to Vielight in Perth. The Handy Pulse Laser device has a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase - Refer to the user manual.
We understand that buying a therapeutic device is a big decision. For this reason, we allow customers to use the laser device for up to 7 days from the date of receipt to enable you to use it and assess its suitability. If, after using the Handy Pulse Laser device as directed by your health professional and/or the user manual within 7 days, you are not completely satisfied with the device, Pulse Laser Relief will gladly return the entire purchase price minus shipping and handling. You must notify us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt to confirm your decision to return it. Items must be returned with all contents and packaging in original condition to receive the full refund. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Pulse Laser Relief will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.We cannot issue a refund for items used longer than the 7-day period.This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged, dropped or broken after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

1. If used according to the instructions but found to be defective, MiraMate devices and accessories can be replaced or repaired for free within a guaranteed time.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse of the device. (For example, scratches, liquid damage or unauthorized replacement of parts).
- Breakdown or damage caused by disassembling.
2. Service and repair are provided after the warranty period. Material and shipping costs will be charged as appropriate.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees and customs, which are nonrefundable as well. It is strongly suggested to purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is also suggested to get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure MiraMate receives the package. MiraMate is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.
