TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA

The accurate diagnosis must be provided by the specialist!

One should remember that trigeminal neuralgia may be caused by disseminated encephalomyelitis or cerebral tumors. In such cases, laser therapy is prohibited. Moreover, trigeminal neuralgia may be odontogenic or sinusoidal. Without treatment of the underlying process, no effect of laser therapy may occur. Safety warning use eye protection glasses

3 Along branches of the mandibular nerve
(including the mental foramen, angle of mouth, tongue, gums, and teeth of lower jaw, skin of cheeks, lower jaw and lip and muscles of mastication), scanning.
(totally, not to exceed 10 min)
4 Along the cervical department of the spine (C2–C7), paravertebral, scanning 2 min on each side
