Returns and Refund Policy
There are no refunds for change of mind returns of items that are on sale on this website.
Restocking fees apply to items returned, due to change of mind. (non warranty returns)
After ordering your laser device online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods within three working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Handy Pulse Laser Warranty
The Handy Pulse Laser device has a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase - Refer to the user manual. Using any charger other than the device manufacturer's charger will discontinue any ongoing warranty. To be eligible for a warranty replacement the accessories must also be returned - charger, glasses and silver case.
Iaso Lasers Warranty
Iaso Laser Devices have a 12 Month warranty from the date of purchase.

Iaso Cold Lasers - The details of this return policy on this page also apply to the Iaso devices. In addition to these conditions, if a 20 or 40 stickies packet has been opened the price of this packet will be deducted from the purchase price of the device.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Pulse Laser Relief will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable and consumable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
